The butchers

 Our traditional butchers supplies and produces the finest quality meats and meat based products. Many of these products are created within the premises itself, utilising traditional techniques and practices. We have won multiple awards for our sausages, black pudding and our latest achievement is winning a 2019 Smithfield Award for our Huntsman Pie. We also make other pies, including steak and kidney, turkey and mushroom,  minced beef and onion and of course, pork pies. 

We make all of our own award-winning sausages, which include traditional pork, caramelised onion, garlic, tomato and venison, to name a few. We also cure our own bacon and all of our cooked meats are prepared and cooked on the premises. 

Suppliers

We only source locally for all our meats. Whilst our Lamb and Beef is from a traditional livestock market, we stock our Pork and Chicken from Packington Free Range.

FROZEN MEALS FROM OUR KITCHEN

We prepare different dishes on a daily basis. This includes meals such as Beef Bourguignon, Chicken Chasseur, Lamb beaujolais.

DELI TO GO

We have a selection of deli products to choose from, cold sandwiches, cooked meats, pies and pots of coleslaw, coronation chicken etc..

The Delicatessen

Launched in 1980, we provide a whole range of both fresh and dried products. Prepared daily and on site we offer a complete range of dishes, right from casseroles to salads. Whether you’re an early riser or a late worker, we’ll be open to provide you with the best food we can offer. 

Our dishes of the day are cycled each day. We offer an array of a selection for you to enjoy a different meal from us every day.

 

Store Goods and dried goods

On top of our salads and meals, we also supply a range of store goods. From a selection of fine cheeses, we also offer a supply of quiches, olives, homemade cakes, homemade pork pies, pate’s and cooked meats.

Our fine cheeses include Farmhouse Cheddars, brie, Roquefort, Stilton and local cheese from Moyden’s just down the road in Newport.
And to top it all off, our dry goods selection in our Deli leaves none to be desired. We stock a variety of sauces, jams, pickles, oils and spices, alongside eggs and fresh bread daily.
